Salted Cocoa GF Pancakes

The most delicious gluten-free pancakes you will ever eat! Made with Somebody's Been Eating My Cacao.

Recipe:

  • 1 1/4 cup Salted Cocoa
  • 1/4 cup of almond flour
  • 1/2 cup gluten free oat flour
  • 1 Tbsp baking powder
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 ripped banana
  • 3 Tbsp honey
  • 1/2 cup of vanilla Greek yogurt

Berries compote:

  • 2 cups of blueberries/raspberries
  • 1 lemon juiced
  • 2 Tbsp honey

Serve with berry compote and greek yogurt.
