Our Superseeds

  • Chia

    Goldy uses a lot of chia seeds in her recipes, and for a good reason! This ancient seed is loaded with antioxidants and is also high in fibre. Chia seeds give Goldy’s cereal it’s silky yet crunchy texture.

    Goldy and Bear both appreciate hemp seeds because they are rich in healthy fats, including omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids. They contain high levels of antioxidants and are a great source of minerals and vitamins.

    This superseed is one of Goldy’s favourites because its packed with valuable nutrients and vitamins. Pumpkin seeds contain fibre, protein, vitamin K, manganese, magnesium, iron, zinc, copper, and the list goes on!
