Coconut Lime Vanilla Energy Balls
1 cup CL
¾ cup almond flour
½ cup fine dried coconut
½ cup finely chopped dates
1/3 cup almond butter
1/3 cup honey
1 tbsp vanilla extract
1/3 tsp sea salt
1 tbsp coconut oil
½ cup finely chopped pistachios

½ cup finely chopped pistachios
- Mix together all ingredient in a bowl
- In a separate bowl mix pistachios and some fine dried coconut
- Once mixed, place bowl in the fridge for 15 minutes
- Take out or the fridge and rool into small 1-1.5” balls
- Roll balls in pistachio and coconut mix
- Place in freezer overnight to let the balls settle
